In response to the housing crisis, the YWCA in downtown Hamilton transformed its former pool into an overnight shelter for women. To support this powerful shift in purpose, we created a large scale immersive mural spanning the entire 160 foot wall. Drawing from a meditation on love and our own lived experiences, the artwork was designed to infuse the space with warmth, peace, light, and ease, offering a sense of welcoming comfort and care to those who need it most.
